At LuxeMirror, we are committed to delivering products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
• It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Items marked as final sale, gift cards, or customized products are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@luxemirror.store with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the reason for return
• Optional: Photos if the item is defective or incorrect
We will review your request and provide return shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
• Damaged or defective items
• Wrong item delivered
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item is safely returned to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return and place a new order once your refund is processed.
